The inside was very clean and there were water bottles/snacks available for us. The luxury suv was more than enough room for us four girls and our bags. On day of departure, Alex arrived early and helped us with our luggage and we set off for our 3 hrs and 35 min car ride. He was very polite and answered all my questions. His prices were more reasonable than any of the other places I had looked up. Alex reached out within minutes after I made a inquiry on the website. It had snowed two nights before in Aspen and we didn't feel comfortable driving ourselves to the airport. My friends and I could not get on a flight from Aspen to DIA so we decided to use a car service. Overall, this was a horrible experience and I had a horrible day. By the time I got to the airport, I was flustered and miserable, and I needed to use the bathroom. I had booked a time for pick up so that I would have time to get to the airport and have lunch, and have a comfortable amount of time to get prepared for my flight. We pulled up to the airport and I barely had time to use the bathroom get through security and sprint through the airport to make my flight. The driver was skilled, the weather was bad, and I will give him that. At this point after waiting for the van, I was very concerned that I was going to make my flight. I feel like if a person is obviously sick they shouldn’t be allowed to ride on a conveyance that is so cramped and so crowded. A passenger on the van I was on was clearly sick, coughing a lot, and blowing her nose constantly and I felt angry that I was exposed to whatever this person had. When the van arrived, it was a tight squeeze and I felt uncomfortable having people sitting so close to me for the long drive to the airport. We waited 45 minutes for the van to pick us up. What I didn’t know was that we were driving to Frisco to wait for them to come and pick us up and take us to the Denver airport. My driver was 15 minutes early and I appreciated her being so timely. I was picked up yesterday in an SUV with lots of room and heated seats.
